Tajarba's mission is to disrupt Pakistan's job industry radically by tapping into the previously underutilized youth population segment. It aims to provide employment to high-school and university-age students, provide them with opportunities to significantly enhance their profiles and skillsets, and improve them to a level at which they can compete with their international peers with ease. It also seeks to change the way internships and jobs are traditionally done by students in the country, by introducing various full-time, part-time, and volunteer programs that vary from summer-long periods to year-round.
