This leads to over a billion tons of perfectly good produce being churned back into the ground every year. We're designing a cloud-based marketplace where farmers can upload tons of blemished produce, and food manufacturers can easily browse and buy at a fraction of the cost of 1st-grade produce. Logistics are organised automatically.
