Take the Lead Nola is a vocational rehabilitation provider and employment support partner with Louisiana Rehabilitation Services. We provide workforce development and employment support including Time-Limited Job Coaching, Job Placement Assistance, Job Coach Matching, Supported Employment and Transition Services to vulnerable populations including individuals with disabilities (seen & unseen, which also includes veterans and the re-entry population). Through our transition services and vocational rehabilitation programs, we work with employers to attract and hire qualified individuals within the subset of our client base.
