Melissa is a multimodal therapist, meaning that she draws on different evidence-based frameworks and theories to help clients achieve their goals. She leans most into Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness based therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Melissa will set goals with her clients, ensuring the client has agency in their own therapy, and usually works with the aim of helping adolescents and adults understand their internal experiences with greater clarity and to feel empowered to make the best of their strengths. Melissa currently sees adolescents over 12 years of age and adults.
