We are a women-led, not-for-profit, creative organisation dedicated to improving & transforming society for women. As a women-led organisation, founded by feminists, we understand and passionately care about the social, political and economic issues facing women. We believe women are best placed to solve the issues we face. We bring women-led creative teams together to design projects and services that generate change for women.As a not-for-profit organisation we are committed to ensuring our services are accessible to all women's organisations and projects, whatever the size. And, to further our mission, we run our own projects focussed on enabling women to take up space socially, politically, and culturally.Our servicesWe use design processes to understand women's experiences in society. And involve women in creating alternative and new approaches that can improve women's lives. The services we offer are:– Service design: involving women in the design and improvement of the services they use.– Graphic design: using design to help women's groups and initiatives reach and engage as many women as possible.– Branding and identity: creating engaging and inspiring branding to increase awareness and support for women's organisations.– Campaign development: co-producing campaign materials and actions with women to give them impact.– Infographic design: translating complex information about issues affecting women into visual formats that everyone can understand.– User insights analysis: helping women's organisations better understand and meet the needs of their users.– Participation and engagement: developing ways to sustainably involve women in the design and running of services they use.– Event and workshop facilitation: creating events to engage women in talking and learning about issues that impact them.
