Talakai Construction, LLC is a licensed & bonded Minority Owned General Contractor. With over a combined half century of experience in all phases of construction. We have the capacity and capability to perform a variety of facility modifications and other construction projects listed, but not limited to the following:• The ability to properly and safely demolish, repair, install and/or finish: various pipe materials, plumbing, pipe supports, hangers, concrete, concrete forms & rebar. The ability to construct, install and finish interior or exterior walls, windows and doors. • The ability to perform emergency repairs and maintenance on a variety of wastewater treatment plant equipment or similar industrial equipment. • The ability to routinely and safely work in confined entry spaces up to 30 feet below ground and the ability to routinely and safely work at heights up to 50 feet above ground. • The ability to safely work in hazardous locations that may include, but not be limited to the following: infectious disease, gas hazards, explosive and oxygen deficient atmospheres. • The ability to service operate on a 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency basis with a three hour on site response time.Talakai Construction, LLC safely provides end-to-end consultation and completion in all facets of construction in compliance with all applicable provisions of federal, state, county and municipal safety laws and regulations throughout the listed categories: • Progress of Work • Quality of Work • Equipment• Administration/Management/Supervision, and • Coordination and Control of SubcontractorsTalakai Construction, LLC is trusted to execute projects from play grounds & Universities to Police stations and Federal Court rooms.
