Including, but not limited to, interchange services, customs paperwork filings, emergency freight management, cross-docking, and processing bonded shipments.Interchange services into, and from Canada. Our trucking yard is conveniently located a few miles from the Pacific Highway trucking border in Blaine, WA. Our process is simple for any carrier who does not want, or can not cross into Canada. Talhon clears all shipment documents with custom prior to carrier's arrival, and this helps us have a smooth transition into Canada. One of Talhon drivers will meets the carrier at a truck stop or our yard, deliver in Canada, and return trailer to Carrier with all original documentation. Along with Interchange service, Talhon provide cross-docking services. This is a practice in logistics of unloading materials from an incoming semi-trailer truck and loading the material into outbound trucks. We can cross-dock your product into one of Talhon trailers. Cross dock facility is located steps from Pacific Highway Border crossing in Blaine, Wa.With our pilot program dealing with Customs paperwork. Carriers's won't have to deal with customs brokers. In the program, Talhon will submit all documents on carriers behalf to the appropriate broker. Talhon will monitor the shipment thoroughly, and communicate with carrier at every stage of customs approval.
