I teach group, corporate and private classes both over Zoom and in person. My speciality is yoga however I also teach HIIT, abs, meditation and piates style toning workouts. I completed my 200 hour training in Rishikesh India, the yoga capital of the world. During this intensive course I learned Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I also trained in anatomy, alignment, pranayama, ayurveda, yoga philosophy, meditation and mantra.My classes have an emphasis on alignment, verbal cues and hands on adjustment. They are for all ages and abilities unless specified otherwise. I have experience as an assistant with MoreYoga and teaching at Sweaty Betty. Due to the current situation all my classes will be virtual except private sessions in London's parks. To join a group session you can sign up on my website, classes are a ‘pay what you can' service and are free for all NHS and care workers.
