From here, Leon and his team spread their expertise to Howick, where Tamasa embarked on building homes in the ‘St. John's Lifestyle and Retirement Village'. For over 5 years, Dave Rees and Leon Trickett have been the pioneers of this project at St Johns Village. Under their direction, Tamasa Developments continues to build homes of high quality and design on the estate.Tamasa Developments has recently acquired some twenty five plots in the very popular Zululami Luxury Estate in Sheffield Beach on the North Coast, and will be soon starting construction of the same quality homes in this very exciting new secure estate.By providing expertise across the board, we ensure that our clients have just one point of contact, that being Tamasa Developments, thus making the development and purchasing process effortless for our clients.
