مركز تمكين للمساعدة القانونية وحقوق الانسانمنظمة أردنية غير حكومية تعمل على تعزيز مبادئ حقوق الإنسان ومكافحة الاتجار بالبشر، وحماية حقوق العمال، بشكل خاص العمال المهاجرين، ذلك من خلال الوقاية، الحماية، والملاحقة القضائية.هدفناتعزيز الوعي القانوني في المجتمع الأردني، بشكل خاص حقوق العمال، وإنفاذ سيادة القانون من خلال ضمان المشاركة الفعّالة لنشطاء حقوق الإنسان، والمحامين، والقضاة والمسؤولين عن تنفيذ واقتراح التعديلات القانونية، وتمكين الضحايا التي انتهكت حقوقهم.الرؤيةدعم الحقوق والحركات العمالية وحقوق المهاجرين ومكافحة العمل الجبري، ذلك من خلال شبكات من النشطاء والفاعلين الذين يكرسون جهودهم للدفاع عن حقوق الفئات المهمشة ويهدف تمكين من خلال توفير الخدمات والاستشارات القانونية والتثقيف بحقوق الإنسان، والمناصرة، وبرامج التدريب والبحوث والدراسات التحليلية، والحملات الإعلامية وزيادة أنشطة التوعية، وتطوير البرامج المتخصصة التي تدعم جهود تعزيز حقوق الإنسان، إلى إيجاد وتحديد حلول فعالة وتحقيق تغيير حقيقي من أجل حقوق المهاجرين، وضحايا الاتجار بالبشر والعمل الجبري. About UsTamkeen for Legal Aid & Human rights Tamkeen is a Jordanian non-governmental organisation that works on promoting the principles of human rights, combating human trafficking; as well as protecting the rights of the most vulnerable groups in society, particularly Migrant Workers and Refugees, through a three-prong strategy of prevention, protection and prosecution. Our Goal Increasing legal awareness within Jordanian Society, with a focus on issues related to Labour Laws, the rights and duties of workers and the Anti-Human Trafficking law. Tamkeen is also work on promoting the rule of law by ensuring the effective participation of human rights activists, lawyers, judges and those responsible for implementing and proposing legal amendments in issues related to its work; in addition to enabling victims whose rights have been violated to seek justice.
