OVERVIEW Tanzania Institute of Monitoring and Evaluation (TIME) is a private educational and training institution established in January 2015 to offer training in Monitoring and Evaluation, Research and Consultancy Services. The institute aspires to be responsive to needs of individuals and organisations in Tanzania and to be a role model in the provision of professional training in the area of Monitoring and Evaluation. VISION To be a model of excellence in the delivery of quality Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) services for improving theory and practice in programme Monitoring and Evaluation. MISSION To facilitate the provision of quality education and opportunities for acquisition, development, preservation and dissemination of M&E knowledge and skills through training, research, and M&E consultancy. MONITORING AND EVALUATION TAILORED TRAINING We have the capacity and experience to deliver practical, high-quality training for our clients within their own premises or preferred venue, meeting specific requirements and focusing the training on issues that are most relevant to the organisations. There is growing demand for customised training as they are tailored to close specific capacity gaps in organisations. CONSULTANCY Consultancy as a management intervention tool is offered by TIME for the purposes of institutional development and enhancement of cost-effective management practices and procedures. The full range of services provided to organisations for institutional development consists of all the areas in which TIME runs programmes for Monitoring and Evaluation training and consultancy.
