Startup Tap2taste is working on technological innovations in the hospitality industry and is seeking to revolutionize the business according to market needs.Our first product: Electronic Menu called Tap2taste is a modern technological solution that is used to familiarize guests with the offer of the cafe or restaurant. Classical ordering via printed menu is still dominant, but the fact is that a lot of people have succumbed to the impact of new technologies that offer faster and better service at lower costs. Food and beverage information is edited by restaurant owners through a web-based application. In addition to photos and video content for each dish, it is possible to show a brief history, recommendations, guests comments, nutritional value, etc.The guests can evaluate the quality of service in online mode, share with others their opinions about the restaurant or cafe and evaluate the quality of the food and beverage. The analysis of guests reviews is important feedback, which is the basis for improvement of the quality of service.There are no additional costs to print new menus. The electronic menu provides the ability to translate into multiple foreign languages, while traditional menu is often limited to only two to three languages when printed. The advantage is both an automatic calculator and better transparency. When ordering, it is possible to determine the order of serving orders with instructions on the intervals between meals. Waiters are easy to call through these devices, which is an added convenience.The novelty of ordering meals via tablets is a system where after scanning QR code or using NFC chip, the guest opens an electronic offer and place an order without waiting for a waiter. The waiter locates the guest on his tablet, receives and processes the order.
