The advantage of this approach is you can be present for as much or as little of the process as you like. We can do production at your location, or we can make arrangements for an appropriate facility that meets your needs. During post-production (editing) we can set up in your office space giving you the freedom to check in on progress, provide instant approval to something we are doing or just monitor how things are going without having to sacrifice other activities traveling to and from our location. Also, you save money because you are not paying for some fancy building and a staff of folks that aren't working directly on your project. We can work remotely. Much of what you need to be completed can be done without us ever being in the same place. With today's connectivity and technology, we can accomplish many tasks in a virtual, collaborative environment across town or around the world. This saves everyone valuable resources such as time and money. Also, if you have to be with us every step of the way, we probably aren't a good match for each other, or you really didn't need our services in the first place. Pay for what you get and get what you pay for. After our first meeting, we will provide you with a couple of items; the scope of work, and a quote. You will never pay more for the project than the quote says unless there is a significant change made to the scope of work. Should there be a considerable change requested or required, we will update the scope of work and the quote. Again you will not pay more than what was quoted. Like we said, "Pay for what you get." At the end of the project, when everything is closed out, and the invoices are paid in full, everything related to the project belongs to you. Like we said, "Get what you pay for." We work for you. While we will give you our best professional advice and efforts, at the end of the day each project belongs to you, and we will strive to make sure you get what you want, even if it seems to go against our best judgment or experience. Who knows we could be wrong. Speaking of advice and effort, we will do our best to not only give you our opinion but to back it up with data and other materials to show you why we are making a specific recommendation. As for how we do things, there are many ways to accomplish any individual task.
