Dr. Nicholas Tarola is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with extensive training in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast and body. A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Tarola graduated from Muhlenberg College and obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia where he stayed to complete his residency in General Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. Finally, he moved with his wife and children to Nashville where he completed his plastic surgery training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.Since the start of his surgery training in 2003, Dr. Tarola has had a special interest in breast reconstruction providing women a natural appearing breast with a sense of wholeness and normalcy after mastectomy or lumpectomy. While Dr. Tarola's interest in breast reconstruction has not waned, his never-ending pursuit of perfection has led him to focus his practice on cosmetic surgery of the breast and body including procedures such as breast augmentation (breast implants), breast lift (mastopexy), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, and revision cosmetic surgery. He also performs surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures such as facelift, blepharoplasty (eyelift), brow lift, as well as Botox and dermal fillers (Juvederm).
