AIMT.A.R.T Racing Team is dedicated to car racing and engineering, incorporating apprenticeships and local passion.(T.A.R.T = The Apprenticeship Racing Team).Also a racing club for Classic Car owners/lovers, run by dedicated enthusiasts, open to membership by subscription. Cars will mainly be pre 1966 saloon cars.OBJECTIVESTo:• preserve education about the history and development of motor engineering by offering apprenticeships for university students• provide owners an opportunity to extend their knowledge of their car and improve their mechanical skills• provide opportunities to drive their car on a circuit and progress to racing it when qualified/trained to do so• provide social events for club members, in order for them to share their enthusiasm and promote further growth in the community of Classic car drivers and racers.
