Tata Toyo Radiator, a joint venture between Tata AutoComp Systems, T. RAD (40.25%) and Mitsubishi (8.75%) was established in 1998. It manufactures heat exchangers from multi-layered aluminium, which provides good corrosion resistance and durability against mechanical and thermal shocks for automotive and non-automotive applications. These products are environment-friendly, have higher heat transfer rates than traditional copper brass heat exchangers, are significantly lower-cost, and offer higher product life and durability.
