This restaurant born in 1967, when Mr. and Mrs. Schmidt had an original idea to create the exclusive dishes of Taverne du Valais: charbonnade.In 2007 Massimo Torri took over the Taverne du Valais. He maintained the tradition of the place, but he chosen to offer you something more: the dry-aged meat. His passion brought him to take care of the entire dry-aging process.
