Tawteen is a Non-Governmental, Non-Profit organization integrated into Yemeni society development processes.We help to improve resources and efforts to achieve 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) in combating poverty, health, education, and food security under war and armed conflict by enabling effective collaboration with partners in the public and private sectors, local organizations, international organizations, and local communities.We use many tools and modern technologies like web sites and mobile applications to provide access to information and build a database about what we and partners do, real-time data on relevant SD objectives, events, and solutions supported by financiers and others. We add structured and weekly information, with a connected audience.We pursue an integrated socio-economic development approach in poverty alleviation that combines:• Promoting the sustainable socio-economic development of the local community through enhancing social enterprises, partnerships, advocacy, inspiring innovations, peacebuilding, and policy influencing.• Youth empowerment in unleashing their potential, entrepreneurship, and innovation.• Businesses stimulation in agriculture, health, education by forming crucial value chain-based interventions which increase productivity, create employability chances and reduce risks. • Promotion of education as a key factor in society sustainable development.• Promoting environment-friendly awareness and activities among the public.• Promoting Peacekeeping & Peacebuilding culture and behavior.To ensure that we are always improving and that our work is always relevant, we have put in place our capacity building, research and monitoring systems across all our activities. For the sake of transparency and avoiding fraud, we use internal and external audits for all our financial activities.
