Two thirds of the world is covered in water, and most communities are centered around it. The current method of large production facilities and widespread distribution lines may not be the most efficient or reliable means of service. By replacing these with multiple small scale sites the impact on the environment and the landscape is minimized. By having less transmission distance, the power is more efficient and dependable and requires less maintenance. Hydro power has been used for a long time and is actually the most efficient means of producing electricity. All of these factors combined can also make the electricity cheaper to produce and in turn lowering the cost to customers.Almost anywhere there is flowing water, a site can be adapted to look like a natural part of the landscape and generate power. Focus is mainly on small to mid sized streams and tail water projects (wastewater treatment facilities). Our projects are small to minimize impact on the local ecology.
