T&B is an RTO with an offshore delivery site in Bangkok that services SEAsia. The RTO was established in 2004, and the Thai business which trades under the name t+b solutions co. ltd in 2003. The business was created based on the belief that investments in learning and development should be no different to any other investment. That is, they should have a pay-back-period and should deliver a return on the investment (ROI). Too often the focus is on what is going to be learnt rather than what is the purpose of that learning. With the above in mind, we built a learning system around the idea of helping stakeholders to articulate 'their' purpose and then build a strategy around achieving that purpose. In building the system, we embedded Kirkpatric's 4 Levels of Assessment (reaction, learning, application & benefit) throughout the process so as to add rigour and increase stakeholder buy-in.
