The consultancy is headed up by Tracey Byron who is a qualified Attorney, MBA and ICSA. Grad. Tracey was admitted as an attorney in August 2009. Shortly after her admission, she was appointed as the Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary of a group of companies employing more than 5000 employees - a senior role demanding a high degree of responsibility. She has subsequently carried out the position of legal advisor and counsel in two JSE Listed companies for a number of years prior to establishing her own legal consultancy. Such experience has enabled Tracey to gain extensive experience across a range of commercial matters and further enables Tracey to deliver legal services far more efficiently, whilst adopting a client-centric approach.Personal service is guaranteed at TBA Legal, in that clients deal directly with the consultant, who remains in control of each and every matter.In delivering high-quality legal services, we continue to remain abreast of new legal developments. We have vast experience and knowledge in a number of legal fields, including: Corporate, Contractual and Commercial Law:Drafting of commercial and other transactional documentation, including sale agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, and shareholder agreements. Corporate Governance:Company secretarial work, including assisting in drafting of notices, agendas, terms of reference and resolutions.Employment Law:Drafting of employment agreements, policies and the provision of overall advice on the management of the employer/employee relationship.
