TBC Asset Management is an asset management company licensed by National Bank of Georgia (license number #256). In April 2022 it launched the first fund – JSC Diversified Credit Portfolio. The Fund's investment objective is to earn sustainable current income on diversified risk. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing primarily in senior secured corporate loans, issued by the Georgian banks, of varying maturities of resilient sector, with stable cash flow and trustworthy management.Diversified Credit Portfolio is an interval type fund and offers investors semiannual liquidity option to buy back a percentage of outstanding shares at NAV. The fund is regulated by NBG.
