TBS Physio is an innovative Sports Medicine Clinic located within the grounds of St Joseph's College in Hunters Hill.We privately service the College's 1200 students and are the primary provider for their winter and summer sports program including Rugby, Rowing, Football, Basketball, Athletics and Cricket.TBS Physio is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Director Tim Bushnell and Specialist Dr Nathan Gibbs.Tim is an experienced Physiotherapist who has previously held positions with the Australian Men's Sevens Team, Sydney Rays (NRC) and Northern Suburbs Rugby Club (Shute Shield). He recently received an excellence scholarship to complete his Master of Sports Physiotherapy.Dr Nathan Gibbs is a well-renowned Sports Medicine Physician with over 35 years of experience working in professional sports. He is currently the Head Doctor for both the Australian Wallabies and NSW State of Origin (NRL) Rugby teams. Dr Gibbs has previously held positions as Head Doctor for the Sydney Swans (AFL), South Sydney Rabbitohs (NRL), Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles (NRL) and Australian Kangaroos (NRL) teams.Together Tim and Dr Gibbs strive to provide the students with a professional standard of sports medicine, to best prepare them for the next level. TBS Physio directly liaises with coaches, strength & conditioning staff and parents, with the vision of Maximising Performance and Minimising Injury.
