Tea Pad is a social enterprise and a professional level networking group for the cannabis industry and the cannabis industry curious. Tea Pad is change maker. The black and brown communities have suffered the most under cannabis prohibition and the racially-disparate enforcement of the "war on drugs". The Tea Pad mission is to break down barriers to entry and to empower people to participate in the cannabis industry. Tea Pad is challenging the industry to walk the talk of diversity and inclusion.Proceeds of all Tea Pad events fund the Tea Pad Scholarship for Minority Entrepreneurship. Scholarship funds will be distributed to student enrolled in a college or university, providing opportunity to learn skills necessary to become a leader, an innovator and an entrepreneur.
