TMS Education Consultants work in collaboration with school owners, heads and staff to provide tailored guidance, support, coaching and training opportunities to ensure that you are able to achieve the goals you set for yourself. This is done through identifying the specific needs of each school and implementing strategies to improve school effectiveness and pupil outcomes. At TMS we understand and appreciate the challenges and demands faced by an independent private school operating in Pakistan. Continuous pressures of not only maintaining but increasing student enrollment, generating a healthy rate of return on investment, lack of properly qualified teacher, high staff turnover and the list goes on. To meet these unique challenges we design and co-design a contextualized consultancy/training package based around the school's unique needs. We at TMS believe that every school should strive to make its student lifelong independent learners but in order for that to happen the school itself must become a learning organization first. This is the sole reason for which TMS exists, we will try our best to ensure that the school with which we work is able to decipher the signals that it receives form the ecosystem in which it operates and develop strategies to best meet the challenges.
