Dr. Echo Hensley has over 30 years of teaching experience at both school and college levels. She earned her B.A. degree in Beijing, China, M.Ed. Degree from UNSW in Sydney, Australia, M.Phil. degree from HKU in Hong Kong, and Ph.D degree from UVA at Charlottesville, VA. After being a teacher then a professor for a few decades, constantly working overtime, dedicating all her energy & effort into teaching, Dr. Echo was totally burned out, and felt under-valued, under-appreciated and under-paid.
