F&B industry is notoriously known to be labor intensive and tough to operate despite the high margin promised for those who managed to survive the harsh condition. TeaGIF aims to be the answer to F&B business owners and operators, providing numerous technologies to aid with the operation work flow by increasing the efficiency while maintaining the highest standard of quality and hygiene. During 2019/2020, the world was hit by a global pandemic, COVID19. Human interaction and group activities are restricted. Thus a new form of F&B has to be in place in order for business owners to continue operating their outlets with reduced headcount.Back in the year 2018, our founder – Miss Eileen Xiang already had a vision to automate the beverage industry – Bubble Tea as she was the owner of a chain of 6 outlets and faced with the difficulties of scalability, she was pretty much stagnant at 6 outlets since she faced difficulties in hiring and retaining staff. Frustrated by the situation, she went on a mission to source for a technology which is capable of addressing her predicament. However, her search was fruitless as there are many obstacles to overcome in order to prepare a cup of tasty bubble tea. Therefore there are no ready made solution system available in the market. Undeterred by the setback, she decided to build one.Fast forward one and a half year, her devotion and determination finally pay off. After 2 generations of prototypes, the 3rd generation is finally completed and can be deployed commercially.Understanding how painful it is for F&B business owners to scale up, Miss Eileen Xiang is willing to share this technology generously with other like-minded beverage business owners, in her own words, "No one should spend similar amount of time and money just to develop this technology which I have already done so. This fruit of success should be shared".
