Einstein explains it beautifully "Our problems can't be solved at the same level of thinking we were when we created them".Honestly, there is no shortage of coaches out there who will throw terms like hustle, push, and grind at you & your team.Whilst I am totally on board with the notion of taking massive action, pls know this:> you (or team) don't have to flog yourself in order to be successful> modern society doesn't put a ton of value on the art of slowing down (as much as it should in my opinion)> the mind/body connection is real - any coach who doesn't believe that doesn't get Peak Performance.> waking up "for no apparent reason" at 2am is a sign that something needs attention (it's not your inbox) That is why I focus on the wellbeing (mental fitness 1st) of you and your team in alignment with the objectives of the business when you work with me.
