Team Outsourced Private Limited (TOPL) is a Managed Offshore Solutions company that outsources work from its customers to off-shore centers. We are involved in:- transitioning work from onshore to offshore outsourced locations- managing the program at the offshore center, and- driving performance excellence measures to ensure higher returns to our customerFor Our Customers: In addition to identifying centers, we transition the work and are involved in day-to-day operations; we are their off-shore Vendor Manager(s). Thus, our customers have the benefit of savings on cost (vis-à-vis on-shore operations), and increased performance due to continued performance excellence measures that centers and TOPL implement. Additionally, customers do not need to invest in a Vendor Manager to oversee and manage the activities of the center; TOPL undertakes this activity for the customer.We have a vast array of centers to choose from and that works to our customers' advantage: they have a single window access to various centers skilled across verticals. There is no upfront or hidden cost to the customer for partnering with TOPL.For Centers: TOPL provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of programs without the added overheads of increased efforts on Business Development. In effect, your firm can multiply the number of programs without any added cost. The single window advantage works for our centers here, wherein, our relationship, at times, spans across various programs for a single center. We will continuously endeavour to strengthen our working relationship by outsourcing programs as and when possible. Our programs are always run at multiple centers as a Business Continuity assurance that we have given our customers. This also helps in running Champion-Challenger contests at periodic intervals across competing centers. TOPL will manage the program at the center and will be responsible for the financial transactions as well.
