We are a Non-Profit team of successful professionals and athletes who happen to be blind that are taking on one of the world's most grueling endurance cycling races (RAAM) to raise awareness of the immense capabilities of people who are blind or vision impaired. Today, roughly 70% of blind and visually-impaired Americans are either unemployed or out of the workforce entirely. We believe ignorance of the capabilities that people who are blind possess is a major contributing factor, and so we are taking on this immense challenge to shed light on what successful people who are blind or vision impaired look like.
