Teens Empowerment Awareness with Resolutions (TEARS), Inc is a local, grassroots 501(c) non-profit organization whose mission is to treat, inform, empower and encourage youth to make sound healthy decisions so that their paths lead them into successful futures. We are located on 1011 South Railroad Street Phenix City, AL 36867.We host an After-School Program during the school year and a Summer Learning Retention program. These two programs serve youth 10-14 yeas of age. Our State Certified Substance Use program provides prevention, intervention and treatment services to youth 13-18 years of age.
