teatalk is brought to you by a passionate bunch of language educators and learners. We've all taught English as a second language, and we've all learnt a second language ourselves. You may say, we're a little language crazy. We really believe that speaking practice is the single most neglected skill in foreign language learning classrooms. It can also be the most daunting. But we believe in making mistakes and making them loudly. It's the only way we truly learn. It can be slightly less daunting to make these mistakes amongst a strong community of fellow language-learners though, and that's where teatalk comes to play. teatalk exists to build and nurture a tight-knit, global community of language learners, who are just as passionate about language as we are. Our community is at the core of everything we do. Our community is bold, adventurous and supportive. We're here to give you the tools and support you need to build a habit out of speaking English. Becoming fluent in any foreign language isn't something that will happen in a classroom- you'll only reach fluency by practicing everyday, in real situations where you don't have your grammar and vocabulary books open to help you. It's a dive into the deep end, but don't worry - teatalk is here to be your lifeboat, we won't let you sink! Together we can make the road to English fluency a pleasure, effortless and rewarding.
