The TEBS unit consists of a mechanical device that captures kinetic energy of moving vehicular traffic and ransforms it into electricity by way of magnetic generators. As the passing vehicles depress the Bar, turning the Link bar downwards activating the TEBS. The TEBS is installed into the pavement, roughly the size of a regular road lane with a slight 3/4" protrusion.
