Tech-Rx restarts, re-incubates, refinances and redirects technology companies that need help scaling. Tech-Rx Ventures is our special purpose fund that invests in our operating companies. The fund is selective, backing 4-6 companies/yr with 2-3 yr exits and 3-5x returns.A company we back generally meets these criteria:1. They need more than just $ to scale. 2. Key stakeholders (including existing investors) are committed and open to Tech-Rx augmenting their team and taking an active leadership role.3. Their product works and is truly innovative. We do not fund the last 10% of product development.4. They help to solve an important problem in a way that will have a meaningful impact on how people do business and lead their lives.5. We see realistic exit opportunities within 3 years.All operating companies join Tech-Rx, where they have access to our human, intellectual and financial capital.
