The company started it's activities at the beginning of 1992 under " Technical Center for Industrial & Scientific Services". The name was changed later into " Technical Center for Industrial Services". In 2001 , the company was taken over completely by engineer "Mustafa Hussein Sha'ban" , who is managing the company with the help of his family members. The company started it's commercial activities as FESTO sole agent in Jordan, specialized in selling pneumatic components . The activities expanded to cover wide range of industrial spare parts, specially those needed in the automation sector.
