Techno College of Engineering Agartala(TCEA) formerly known as Techno India Agartala was established on August 2014 by Techno India Group which is known for its world class educational institutes with numerous engineering colleges, Technical Universities, Higher Secondary schools, Business Schools, Medical Colleges etc across the country and overseas. Techno College of Engineering Agartala is a degree engineering college affiliated to Tripura University (TU), A central University of India, approved by AICTE ,Govt. of India. The institute is also recognized by Institution of Engineers (India), Tripura. The institute offers strong & comprehensive B.Tech degree course in five disciplines of engineering viz Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The institute admits students to B.Tech course through Tripura Board Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) ranking conducted all over Tripura. The institute also admits Diploma students to B.Tech course through Techno College of Engineering Agartala Lateral Entrance Test (TCEALET).
