Technology Junto (TJ) is a startup that was conceived to support the surrogate CIO model. The idea is simply provide high caliber diverse technology consulting to organizations that are in need. The core capabilities are DevSecOps, Agile mentoring, user experience, senior thought leadership, strategy, technology road-maps and technology implementation. Working with many companies TJ has lead initiatives that have centralized IT services. We have assisted many organization to move to a shared services model including FAA, AIA and several government contractors. We have lead multiple organizations to CMMI and ISO certifications. Evangelizing the critical role of governance and communication to ensure that what is being developed is what is expected. Working with stake holders to ensure that they are heard and that we incorporate their feedback to make the best product possible.
