Techsakthi Foundation was incepted by a dedicated group of like-minded, socially inclined individuals committed to work for the rights of the under-privileged. Formally registered under the Indian Trust Act in 2008 as Techsakthi Foundation, it was established to serve the rural, semi-urban poor and the deprived poor in Chennai, especially the surrounding villages of ADYAR and sub-urban & urban areas. The focus is on empowering women through the formation of Self Help Groups and to improve the quality of life for children who come from extremely deplorable conditions.
