In January of 2011, TechSelect and CCF Group joined forces to focus on providing technical talent for our clients in which each new hire incrementally raises the bar company-wide. This is a tremendous mandate. We listen closely to our clients' needs, collaborate so we can recruit effectively, then present talent that is a great fit for the role, the path, the company culture, and it's mission. Some of our clients and roles include: • Nationwide business development and partner recruitment for a start-up subsidiary of The Washington Post Companies, • Business development and recruiting under affiliation with national IT staffing firm for Amazon.com, Cornell University, and Bloomberg (accounts I personally generated)• Recruiting for New York Life, Texas Equity Management & Bankers Life,• Client-facing M&A transition and new territory expansion for national construction products manufacturer / distributor.
