The company works with consulting and advisory services for food industries mainly in the Federal District and in the surrounding area. Despite its short-term experience, it has accumulated experience in services such as: technical and economic feasibility studies that allow managers to better choose investments, price and manage through the delivered worksheet; research and development of new products such as: cheese bread, frozen salted, tapioca gum, minimally processed, ready-made dishes and cakes without gluten and lactose free; implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices; determination of modified atmosphere composition; improvement projects Lean Six Sigma (reduction of consumption of: hygiene and disposable products, and implementation of performance indicators in the HR department with consequent reduction of turnover); study of layout, choice of equipment, packaging and registration in MAPA for the production of natural foods for dogs (B.A.R.F. diet).
