On September 19th, 2015, a community of entrepreneurs, designers, engineers, artists, innovators, storytellers, and mavericks will convene for a day of cross-disciplinary ideas, learning, and inspiration. We believe in learning from the source, original content by its creators, shared in an open and social environment. ----- About TED: TED is a pair of annual events where the world's leading thinkers and doers are invited to share their passions. "TED" stands for Technology, Entertainment, and Design — three broad subject areas that are shaping our future. ----- About TEDx: In the spirit of "ideas worth spreading," TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a "TED-like" experience. These local, self-organized events are branded "TEDx, where x=independently organized". TEDxFultonStreet is an official TEDx Event, licensed by contract between Aaron Sylvan and TED Conferences. Its production is managed by donation of labor and resources from Sylvan Social Technology, and its fiscal partner the Silver Squirrel Foundation, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.
