A budding non-profit organization, Teen Learning Wizards creates a supportive atmosphere where skilled volunteer students mentor elementary kids who can benefit from individualized support in the core subjects of Math, Science, English Language Arts (ELA), and Social Studies. What makes TLW unique is that our mentors offer the academic support mentees need for FREE -- we operate on the basis that education should not be limited, and that students should be empowered with the toolset they've developed in the classroom. As a result, TLW facilitates 30-minute online "Learning Sessions" for students from local elementary schools, where our mentors work with our mentees one-on-one in order to bolster their academic development.
