Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation Ltd., (TSREDCO) is the State Nodal Agency (SNA) and the State Designated Agency (SDA), nominated by Government of Telangana, for implementing all New and Renewable Energy Programmes, Electric Vehicle Programme and Energy Conservation activities in the state respectively for Energy Security of the State. Accordingly, TSREDCO is promoting the utilization of Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation activities in the state as a State Nodal Agency to Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) & Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and also State Designated Agency to Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power, Government of India under the administrative control of Telangana State Government.
