TeleCayman Limited (TCL) is an established premium telecommunications provider of voice, data, Internet and co-location and business continuity services via fiber or wireless solutions. Established in 2004 as part of the deregulation of the Cayman Islands telecommunications market in 2003, TeleCayman is licensed by the ICTA as an international telecommunications carrier in the Cayman Islands. In in 2008, TeleCayman embarked on a major infrastructure project to build a state of the art fiber optic network connecting the George Town business district to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. TeleCayman own, maintain and operate network routers, switching and multiplexing equipment located at the International Network Operations Centre (INOC) in George Town. These are used to provide Internet, Voice and Data services for wholesale, business and residential customers of the Cayman Islands.TeleCayman has established relationships and wholesale agreements in place with Verizon, Sprint, AT&T and SunGard to provide international data connections and business services from the Cayman Islands to the continental United States. TeleCayman has a strong commitment to provide robust & cost effective services. This is reflected in strong service level agreements, a 24 hour service help line and the ability to plan and develop customized network roll out plans for new customer networks.
