TRG provides consultations nationwide and has employees throughout the United States, with offices in Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Houston and Philadelphia. TRG's telecom advisors can assist your company for any of your telecom needs. TRG will provide you with dedicated resources for sales, support, provisioning, customer care, and billing. Since its inception we strive to provide all resources necessary for an outstanding telecom experience to both our end user customers and our 175 sub agents nationwide. Our philosophy is to assist a customer throughout the entire process. Meaning, we will secure proposal from various carriers, process selected carrier paperwork and facilitate with the customer, and also monitor the workflow of a signed account until activation of sold services. We are also always available for customer service post activation of services. Our goal is to ensure that we fit the right solution that fits the customers needs, not simply sell something in order to meet a certain margin.
