The current management comprises Mike Penrose and Trevor Kitchin. Mike joined in 1988 before becoming a director, Trevor Kitchin joined in 1989 and became a director in 1995. Max Plested, a founder of Rawcliffe and Plested remains actively involved in the company. Our team has established itself as one of the largest valuation practices in Hawkes Bay.
