Our consultants are recruitment specialists with between 7 and 15 years of experience working for either recruiting firm or as internal recruiters in many fields such as Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Administration. - The experience we gained in recruitment firms thanks to its sales approach allows us to help your employees to work on their employability and develop their professional network to find their future job. Our Swiss and International network allows us to put the candidates directly in contact with a large number of HR directors or operational managers once the targeting is made. The experience we gained as recruiters allows us to understand the job market knowingly, being aware of the specificities and making us able to adapt their applications to the targeted positions. - We also realize that the entire value of an outplacement lies in its customization; therefore, besides the counseling sessions provided every 15 days with the candidates, they also can solicit us at any time for questions related to their job search, we answer them in the day! They can also ask us at any time to prepare their interviews, either by phone or by video conference in the 48 hours preceding their interview. - Because a relationship with an employee built itself over the long term, we believe that your employees must be followed by the same consultant until their trial period is over. - As originator, the company is kept informed of the progresses made during the program every months, thanks to a reporting dashboard which describes the elements worked during the sessions. However, this table guarantees a certain level of confidentiality to the employee, we don't release any names (companies, contacts ...).
