Tempo Boxing can be geared to match the skill and fitness level of everyone from beginners to seasoned martial artists. As I designed this system over the past twelve years, I've always kept three things in mind: make it easy to learn, easy to perform, and fun to practice! There is also a minimum of downtime in class because I know your time is precious.
