At Tenants Protection Association we work with anyone who lives in a home they do not own. We provide telephone and face-to-face advocacy, information and support. We have rental clinics in Linwood and provide education for tenants and others on request.TPA is a unique organisation and has been operating in Christchurch for over 30 years. We work with a shoulder-to-shoulder model of advocacy, where tenants become the architects of their own negotiations and successful outcomes.
