We provide New South Wales builders with a certificate for both Parts A & B using Termicoat®: a borate-based, non-toxic liquid product used for termite management on new building work. We apply to slab edges and any construction joints, as well as the circumference of slab penetrations thereby creating a ‘top down' barrier against termite entry. Both Parts A & B applications are completed on the same day. Our system no longer requires the concreters to wait for termite colliers to be installed before pouring. We also treat retaining walls, construction joints & suspended slabs / bearers and joists.Being non-biodegradable, the Termicoat® application will never need to be re-applied and cannot be accidentally compromised by landscaping, trades, or other interference. This reduces the need for time-consuming call outs and reinstallation.
